SCENE 1Arrival & ReceptionGround floor: main entrance and reception

VO Welcome to the Allianz offices at 15 Bishopsgate. Here are a few things to help you find your feet. On your first day, introduce yourself to the reception team. You will need an access pass to gain access to the offices, as well as other areas of the building related to your role. This will be issued once your photo has been taken and your pass printed.

1 WS / static or slow tilt down Exterior hero of 15 Bishopsgate. Opening establisher. Shoot at the start or end of day for clean light. Sets the place. 2 WS / slow push in Ali walks in through the main entrance, daylight behind them, into reception. Ali (A). Our journey begins. 3 MS / gimbal, track behind Following Ali across the reception floor toward the main desk. Core spine shot. Keep Ali centred, let the space open up. 4 MWS / static Ali reaches the desk, greets the reception team, brief introduction. Reception staff as themselves. Covers introduce yourself line. 5 MCU / static, OTS Reception team member hands the pass across to Ali. Over Ali shoulder onto the desk. 6 CU / insert Photo capture or pass printing, then the pass in hand. Detail. Covers photo taken and pass printed. 7 CU / insert Lanyard going over Ali head, pass settling on chest. Clean hand-off into the next scene.

SCENE 2Access & GatesGround floor: security gates

VO Your ID badge should be kept on you at all times. You will need it to gain access to the offices, as well as other areas of the building related to your role.

8 MS / static, low angle Ali taps badge on the gate reader, gate opens, walks through toward camera. Low angle gives it a bit of arrival energy. 9 CU / insert Badge taps the reader, green light confirms. Quick cutaway. Mind reflections on the reader glass. 10 MS / gimbal track Following Ali through the open gate, lanyard visible. Continues the spine into the lift lobby.

SCENE 3Lifts & StairsGround floor: lift lobby and stair core

VO The lifts are located just behind reception. And the stairs are behind them.

11 WS / static Lift lobby behind reception. Ali walks into frame toward the lifts. Establishes geography. 12 MS / gimbal Following Ali to the lift, doors open, Ali steps in. 13 WS / static The stairwell sitting behind the lifts. Ali glances toward it. Plants the stairs early. Pays off in the fire section.

SCENE 4The Floor: Layout, Kitchen, Lockers, AEDTypical office floor

VO Our floors all share a similar layout to one another. Each has a kitchen area, and if you follow the walkway, you can find the lockers. Follow the walkway all the way to the stairwell and you can find the first aid kit and the automated external defibrillator. If you need a first aider at any time, contact reception. You can also find all contact information needed on the notice boards located on each floor.

14 MS / static Lift doors open, Ali steps out onto the floor. SCENE 5Basement FacilitiesBasement: bike entrance, store, showers

VO 15 Bishopsgate also has facilities that include a dedicated bike entrance and store, and showers. These are all located in the basement. However, you cannot charge e-bikes within the premises.

23 WS / gimbal, move through Move through the bike entrance doorway into the store. Cutaways only, no talent. A moving camera keeps an empty space alive. 24 MS / slow gimbal track Track along the rows of bike racks and stands. Lead the eye down the line of stands. Bikes already stored there are fine in shot. 25 MCU / insert, rack focus Detail of a numbered bay, a stand, or the store access reader. Texture. Depth and a focus pull stop it feeling like a static record. 26 MWS / static Shower and changing area, clean and empty. Facility only. Keep it tasteful. 27 WS / static or slow push Wide of the bike store to carry the no e-bike charging line. No prop or talent for this beat, so let the VO and an on-screen text card do the work. If a no-charging notice is mounted, push in on that.

SCENE 6Fire Procedure: Alarm & Escape RouteOffice floor and stair core

VO There is a fire alarm test every Friday at 8am. If you hear a continuous ring at any other time, you must follow the verbal instruction given over the alarm. If the instruction is to evacuate, find your nearest exit by following these green signs. You must use the stairs, not the lifts.

28 CU / insert, static Wall-mounted sounder or alarm bell. Covers the Friday 8am test line. 29 MCU / static Ali at the desk pauses and looks up, reacting to the alarm. Sound design carries the alarm. Ali sells it. 30 MS / static Ali stands and moves with purpose. Decision beat. This is where the evacuation story starts. 31 WS to MS / static Ali reaches the lift lobby, then deliberately turns away toward the stairs. The decision shot. Sells stairs, not the lifts better than any graphic. On-screen text: Evacuate immediately and safely using the stairs. 32 Insert / rack focus Green running-man exit sign, soft to sharp as Ali passes beneath. Shoot the sign as a shot, not a record. Movement keeps it alive. 33 MS / gimbal track Following Ali to the nearest exit and the stairwell door.

SCENE 7Basement Level 2 ExitBasement level 2: loading bay to Great Helen's Road

VO If you are in basement level 2 when the alarm sounds, your closest exit is through the loading bay. Once in the loading bay, continue walking to the assembly point on Great Helen's Road. Allianz security guards should be available to help direct you.

34 WS / gimbal, move through Move through the loading bay toward the exit. Cutaways, no Ali needed. Keep the camera moving so the empty space stays alive. 35 Insert / rack focus Direction or exit signage for the loading bay route. Shoot with depth, not flat. On-screen text: basement level 2 exit via the loading bay. 36 MS / static The exit point out onto Great Helen's Road, daylight beyond. Sells the route reaching the street. 37 MS / static Allianz security guard directs with a clear hand gesture toward the assembly point. Needs someone posed in security attire. If no one is available, carry the line with VO over the route plus on-screen text.

SCENE 8Fire MarshallsMultiple floors (same talent, intercut)

VO Fire Marshalls are also present on each floor to assist with the prompt evacuation of the building. They will be wearing a high visibility jacket with Fire Marshall clearly written on the back.

38 MS / static Marshall on a floor, clear directing hand gesture down a corridor. Marshall (M) in correct hi-vis attire. 39 MS / static, alt floor Marshall holds a fire door open and ushers Ali through. Shoot M on a second floor / different framing. Intercut reads as many marshalls. 40 CU / insert, low angle, slow push FIRE MARSHALL text on the back of the hi-vis as the marshall walks away. Hero shot for this line. 41 MS / static Marshall sweeps a room with a checking glance. Adds a sense of the floor being cleared.

SCENE 9Stairwell DescentStair core

VO (Bed shots under the marshall and assembly VO. Sped up sequence.)

42 WS / static locked-off, speed ramp Stairwell shot from above, Ali and a second person descending. Speed ramp implies the building emptying. Two people is plenty. 43 CU / insert Hand sliding down the handrail. 44 CU / insert, speed ramp Feet descending the stairs. 45 POV First person descending, hand pushes the fire door bar. Puts the viewer inside the evacuation. 46 MS / gimbal, track behind Following Ali down a flight of stairs.

SCENE 10Exit & Assembly PointExterior and Great Helen's Road

VO If you are based in 15 Bishopsgate, once outside the building please disperse and await further instructions via text message. Everyone else will need to walk to the assembly point and wait for further instructions.

47 MS / static Ali and others push through the final exit door into daylight. Light reset after the stairwell section feels good here. 48 MWS / handheld People outside dispersing, spreading away from the doors. Covers please disperse. SCENE 11Assisted Evacuation: Refuge & Evac ChairsRefuge area adjacent to stairwell

VO 15 Bishopsgate has several features to help you if you require assistance in the event of an evacuation. These include refuge areas located adjacent to the stairwells on each floor. At each refuge area you will also find evacuation chairs. If you feel you might need a personal evacuation plan to be created for you, speak to your line manager.

52 MS / static Refuge area next to the stairwell. Establisher. On-screen text beat. 53 CU / insert Refuge point intercom or help button on the wall. Optional mimed press. Do not actually trigger anything. 54 MCU / static Evacuation chair packed up on its wall bracket, ready for use. We are not deploying the chair, so show it stored and clearly available. 55 CU / insert Detail of the stored chair: secured straps, carry handle, wheels. Keep it as it sits. No unfolding or deploying. A rack focus adds life. 56 MWS / static Ali talks with a colleague or line manager in a breakout area. Covers PEEP and speak to your line manager. On-screen text: PEEP.

SCENE 12Alarm Activation PointsOffice floor / corridor

VO If you ever discover a fire, your first priority is to sound the alarm. Our alarm activation points look like this and are clearly visible on all floors.

57 Insert / rack focus Rack focus down a corridor onto a call point on the wall. Covers clearly visible on all floors. 58 CU / static Hand approaching the call point, finger near the glass. Do NOT break or trigger the call point. Mime only. 59 MS / static Wider shot placing the call point in context on the wall.

SCENE 13Invacuation & Floor PlanStairwell wall plan and refuge area

VO Sometimes the verbal announcement over the alarm may instruct you to invacuate rather than evacuate. This means relocating immediately to your closest refuge area within the building rather than going outside.

60 MCU / static Marshall traces the route on the mounted statutory evacuation plan with a finger. Use the building wall plans. Confirm they exist on the recce. 61 CU / insert Tight on the refuge area marking on the mounted plan. Covers the floor plan need without any motion graphics. 62 MS / static Marshall stops Ali with a not that way gesture and redirects them inward to the refuge area. Movement is inward here, the opposite of the evacuate walk. Sells invacuate. 63 MS / static Ali waits, settled, at the refuge area inside the building.
